The New Mexico Veterans Business Outreach Center is teaming up with the nonprofit lender DreamSpring to help aspiring and existing business owners explore low-cost financing options. The Small Business Lender Expo takes place at the DreamSpring Albuquerque headquarters from 1:00 to 4:00 pm on Friday, October 9, 2026. While the event focuses on resources for veterans, non-veterans are welcome to attend.
The event is designed to help small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs connect directly with local, regional, and national lenders, explore financing options, and build valuable relationships with resource providers and community partners. It is an opportunity to make connections and gather information, whether you are preparing to launch a business, looking for capital to expand, or simply want to better understand funding options.
The event is presented by the New Mexico Department of Veterans’ Services, New Mexico Veterans Business Outreach Center, and hosted by DreamSpring at 2000 Zearing Ave. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87104.
The Veterans Business Outreach Center (VBOC) provides support to transitioning service members, veterans, National Guard & Reserve members, and military spouses interested in starting or growing a small business. The VBOC offers workshops, training, counseling, and mentorship opportunities.
