Businesses in the tourism sector can get financial assistance for advertising by participating in the New Mexico Tourism Department’s Cooperative Advertising program. Applications to participate in the fiscal year 2023 will be accepted March 1 through April 8, 2022, but applicants are required to complete the Partner Priorities & Situation Assessment Survey by February 7 to be eligible for funding.
The Tourism Department announced that it will offer an unprecedented 2:1 dollar matching investment* for all awarded partners for both the Media Menu (MMP) & Flex Plans. “Smarter” digital advertising packages were also announced, and there will be a more streamlined process for executing initiatives.
The survey will be used to craft a menu of strategic marketing initiatives that best address your specific priorities. Filling out the survey will not obligate you to participate, however, it must be completed by February 7, 2022, to be eligible for participation.
