Changes are coming to tax returns, and the nonprofit lender DreamSpring aims to help small business owners prepare. Join DreamSpring on Zoom on February 3, 2026, at 12:00 pm to learn about the changes brought about by the so-called One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA).
The virtual workshop, called What You Need to Know from the One Big Beautiful Bill, focuses on the key tax changes that will affect businesses. Wryan Capps, CPA from CliftonLarsonAllen LLP, will break down the most relevant provisions of OBBBA in plain language, focusing on updates that may impact taxes, deductions, compliance, and planning for the year ahead.
Signed into law on July 4, 2025, OBBBA offers many benefits to businesses, including allowing bonus depreciation of qualified machinery and equipment purchases and boosting Research and Development expense deductions.

DreamSpring is offering the virtual workshop to help business owners maximize the use of funds, whether or not the funds are from DreamSpring loans or lines of credit.
