Arrowhead Center at NMSU offers tailored resources, expert mentorship, funding pathways, and connections to move businesses and ideas forward. New Mexico State University in Las Cruces has a mandate to serve the entire state, and Arrowhead Center services are available to eligible entrepreneurs based anywhere in New Mexico.

Arrowhead Center continually expands to meet the needs of New Mexico’s entrepreneurs, and programs include a wide range of services for new and growing businesses, as well as entrepreneurs with nascent ideas. Programs range from Sprint Business Accelerators that target specific industries or locations to mentorship and support of the unique demographic communities that make up New Mexico.  Business workshops, networking events, mentoring, assistance with capital sourcing and collaborative, work-ready spaces are some of what it offers.

New Mexico FAST

Housed at Arrowhead Center, the program aims to increase the participation of small technology firms in the innovation and commercialization of new technology through Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs. To that end, the type of assistance the program offers small businesses includes guidance on proposal preparation; assessments of technical objectives and hypotheses; specifics on the target agency’s requirements for commercialization content in Phase I/Phase II proposals, and more.

American Indian Business Enterprise Center

AIBE is a business accelerator that helps support and grow Native Owned businesses in New Mexico. AIBE is dedicated to eliminating knowledge gaps and providing unique resources for Native American entrepreneurs at every stage of business development.

WE Mean Business

WE Mean Business empowers women entrepreneurs through an annual conference and the WE Network, an online community designed to foster connection, share resources, and provide ongoing support for women growing their businesses.
