According to workshop leader JP Espinoza, consumer buying styles have dramatically changed over the past decade. Data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and social media engagement have transformed consumers’ buying of goods and services. But what hasn’t changed, he says, is human behavior. The workshop aims to help participants understand how to engage customers through internal drivers instead of external pressure and unlock the magic of selling.
The workshop will be delivered over four sessions through Zoom from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm on August 17, 24, 31, and September 7. Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate.
