One-to-one coaching is provided free of charge and is offered on an ongoing basis.<!--more-->Meetings occur where the entrepreneurs are most comfortable\u2014at their business, a library, coffee shop, or other local facilities.<\/p>\n<p>Facilitators tap into their networks and relationships to refer entrepreneurs to resources and services that coincide with the business\u2019s needs. Referrals may include funding sources, <a title=\"Microloans\" href=\"http:\/\/financenewmexico.org\/glossary\/microloans\/\">microloans<\/a>, technical assistance and market research.
